Ben Totanes : A job recruiter sent me an ad for a Campaign Designer. She used the following titles on the job requirements: "Scope or Role" for job description, "Deliverables" for responsibilities, "Person Specification" for required skills (seriously? are you freaking kidding me?) and "Metrics" for measures for success.
